MORTON, Ill, August 18, 2017 – G&D Integrated announced today that their Contract Logistics Division has received the Perfect Record Award from the National Safety Council. This award recognizes individuals, companies, units, and/or facilities that have completed a period of at least 12 consecutive months without incurring an occupational injury or illness that resulted in days away from work or death. G&D’s Contract Logistics Division achieved one calendar year, or 663,772 hours, without a lost time injury. With over 50,000 members, the National Safety Council hands out this award to only 1,000 members per year. This is the first time G&D has received the Perfect Record Award.

“We are extremely proud and pleased with all of the efforts our employees have put towards achieving this great recognition and accomplishment,” said Isaac Aldrich, vice president of contract logistics at G&D Integrated. “G&D takes safety very seriously because a safe work environment creates a productive workplace that benefits our customers but more importantly it protects our people, which is our most valuable asset.”

The Contract Logistics Division operates eight different warehouses in the Midwest and Southeast regions of the United States and offers other value-added services such as assembly, kitting, cross docking, distribution, and fulfillment.
