P. Joseph O’Neill | PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Joe O’Neill joined G&D Integrated in 1989 and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of the company. Prior to joining G&D, Joe practiced bankruptcy law in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. He has led and managed the organization through economic expansion and contraction through the years. More recently, Joe’s focus has been on expanding the geographic reach of the company and the diversification of G&D’s customer base.
Joe graduated from the Creighton University School of Business with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting and a JD degree from Creighton’s School of Law. He is active in the Peoria community and has served on various nonprofit boards through the years. Joe and his wife are currently active supporters of The Crittenton Center and The Community of St. John.
Jeff Cohen | VICE PRESIDENT TRANSPORTATION
Jeff Cohen joined G&D Integrated as Vice President of the Transportation Division in June of 2013 and brings over 20 years of industry related experience to G&D. Prior to joining G&D he was the Chief Executive Officer with a trucking and freight brokerage company based in the Atlanta area. In that capacity, he led the turnaround of the company by designing a new business strategy and model that repositioned the company from a local and regional carrier to an over-the-road carrier serving the entire U.S.
He spent 17 years at BearingPoint, Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he began as a consultant and progressed to roles of increasing responsibility including nine years as a Managing Director / Partner. Here he completed various projects across the transportation and logistics industries which include operation design, re-engineer and optimization, contract structure, and negotiations.
Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
Les Nelson | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Les Nelson joined G&D Integrated as Chief Financial Officer in August 2015 and is responsible for the leadership, direction and oversight of G&D’s finance, accounting, risk management and purchasing functions. Prior to joining G&D, Les held the role of Vice President-Finance for North America at Hinduja Global Solutions, Inc. where he acted as Chief Financial Officer for all of the North American business.
With over 30 years of finance and accounting experience, Les has held roles as controller, vice president finance and CFO for companies in the manufacturing and energy industries.
Les holds a Master of Science in Accounting from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama.
Isaac Aldrich | DIRECTOR OF CONTRACT LOGISTICS
Isaac is the Director of Contract Logistics, responsible for the contract and manufacturing logistics division. At G&D, he has been instrumental in the successful launch and onboarding of three facilities and operations which have included the planning, supply chain engineering and customer/team development. Isaac joined G&D in 2011 as a Business Operations Manager and has 16 years of supply chain management experience. Prior to joining G&D, he held several leadership roles in automotive supply chain management at Delphi Automotive Systems/General Motors as well as 3PL experience from Comprehensive Logistics, Inc.
A launch manager for several vehicle platforms, Isaac is well-versed in leadership development, value stream mapping, and variation reduction and has worked with global leaders such as Toyota and Caterpillar.
Isaac attended Youngstown State University where he studied computer science and information systems. He also attended General Motors University to become a team leader for their business plan deployment initiative. Isaac is a dedicated supporter of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospitals and a member of the board of directors for Junior Achievement in Peoria.
