P. Joseph O’Neill | PRESIDENT & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Joe O’Neill joined G&D Integrated in 1989 and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of the company. Prior to joining G&D, Joe practiced bankruptcy law in the Twin Cities in Minnesota. He has led and managed the organization through economic expansion and contraction through the years. More recently, Joe’s focus has been on expanding the geographic reach of the company and the diversification of G&D’s customer base.
Joe graduated from the Creighton University School of Business with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting and a JD degree from Creighton’s School of Law. He is active in the Peoria community and has served on various nonprofit boards through the years. Joe and his wife are currently active supporters of The Crittenton Center and The Community of St. John.
Jeff Cohen | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jeff Cohen is the company’s Chief Operating Officer, with overall responsibility for G&D Integrated’s three operating divisions of Transportation, Contract Logistics, and Manufacturing as well as the Human Resources, Customer Relations, and Information Technology Departments. He joined G&D Integrated in 2013 as Vice President of the Transportation Division and led in that role for five years prior to becoming the Chief Operating Officer in July of 2018.
Jeff brings over 30 years of industry related experience to G&D. Prior to joining G&D, he was the Chief Executive Officer with a trucking and freight brokerage company based in the Atlanta area. Previous to that, he spent 17 years at BearingPoint, Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he began as a consultant and progressed to roles of increasing responsibility including nine years as a Managing Director/Partner. Here he completed various projects across the transportation and logistics industries which included operational design, re-engineering and optimization, supply chain strategy, and cost analysis.
Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Swarthmore College.
Les Nelson | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Les Nelson is the Chief Financial Officer at G&D Integrated. Named to this role in August 2015, Les is responsible for the leadership, direction, and oversight of G&D’s finance, accounting, human resources, and purchasing functions. He is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience in key senior finance and accounting roles at NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies. Throughout his career, Les has been heavily involved in corporate governance, capital management, accounting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and risk management. Prior to joining G&D, he was Vice President-Finance for Hinduja Global Solutions, a publicly traded, Bangalore-based, business process outsourcing company. Les’ background includes experience in the manufacturing, banking, telecom, and renewable energy industries.
Les earned his BS in Corporate Finance from the University of Alabama and an MS in Accounting at DePaul University.
